Probably in order to check the developed software. True, to be honest, I have not heard about such testing.

Regression testing - these are tests aimed at detecting defects in already tested areas of the application. This is done to find and correct regression errors. By the way, I found out about this when our software began to crash. After reviewing a huge amount of information, we realized that we made a mistake when we hired a free developer to develop. Then we began to ask friends and contacted Light IT who were able to develop an excellent product for us and helped with its implementation.

Hi! I was able to find the information I needed by looking at the regression testing example Thanks to this information, I realized that Regression testing is a set of tests aimed at detecting defects in already tested sections of the application, for the final search and full error correction.

Regression testing a black box testing technique that consists of re-executing those tests that are impacted by the code changes. These tests should be executed as often as possible throughout the software development life cycle.

We still use Parasoft SOAtest as automation https://innovecs.com/blog/order-warehouse-automation/. And so manual testing still prevails. Too complex system and many components, it is difficult to find an approach and a tool for testing at least 70% of all cases.

QA pros shouldn t be the only ones doing regression testing Developers need to do their part, and testers can handle much broader tasks, too

This tactic is used for final corrections after main testing. QA team shouldn't miss this step.

If you want to find the answer, I recommend to view website. However, in short, Regression testing is a type of test performed on software that has recently undergone a code or program change to ensure the software and its features are unaffected by the coding changes.

Guys, yeah all is simple.
Regression testing reveals a defect. Both testers and software developers do this testing. The main thing is that the test coverage is complete. If the test coverage does not have adequate coverage, then regression testing may not show important defects. On the Internet, you can find a link to a large selection of tools that allow you to store and run test cases.
Everything is just so, and that`s why it is so important.

Now I know about such testing. Will ask my tech team https://itmaster-soft.com/en/financial-web-development-and-design whether they use it. Thanks!
